Shipping 

Shipping services are offered through USPS and UPS at Checkout.

 
We generally ship orders out same or next business day. After a label is created, you will be provided with a shipment notification and tracking number.

After a label is created, you will be provided with a shipment notification and tracking number. Made to Order items will have an additional lead time associated with those items.

We are not responsible for refunding the shipping costs associated with "returned to sender" packages due to but not limited to insufficient addresses, spelling errors, import issues, no pickup, refused packages, etc. 

We are also not responsible for refunding shipping costs associated with delayed packages if expedited shipping was chosen. We are not the shipping provider and those delays are not part of our operation.

If you choose to pay for expedited shipping, please understand that there is always a possibility of a delay by the shipping provider and you assume this risk.

 

International Orders: 

We now offer international shipping, however we are not liable for loss of packaging at customs, or the loss of any packages en route to our international customers. Buyers are responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible to any delays due to customs. We are not responsible for refunding the shipping costs associated with "returned to sender" packages due to but not limited to insufficient addresses, spelling errors, import issues, etc.

We will not modify/lower customs values as this puts our company at risk for falsifying information on regulatory forms. 

International Shipping is calculated and could be subject to change and/or additional charges after we evaluate the packaging on our end. We will contact the buyer prior to any changes or additional charges. Instances with this happening are rare.
